Démarche is written and run by one person, so every letter reaches me and I answer it myself, usually within two working days. A proposal for a report may take a little longer.

Articles may be shared freely. Please keep the attribution and, online, link to the original page. Short quotations from any Démarche material are welcome with a reference to Démarche.
Reports are for the personal use of the buyer, so please do not forward or post them. Republication and any commercial use require written permission. To ask for it, or to discuss team access to reports, write to partners@konyashin.com and tell me what you have in mind.
Reports on request
A briefing on Russian policy in a particular country or region, an assessment of a decision or crisis, or a longer study built around your question. Write with the question, the deadline and the format you prefer, and I will reply with a proposal: scope, delivery date and price.
Institutions and media
I give comments and interviews to the press and am open to working with other media. This address also handles team access to reports, licensing and republication of Démarche materials, and invitations to speak or consult, which are priced individually. Tell me about your organisation and what you have in mind.
Readers
Questions, comments and suggestions for topics, and anything that needs fixing: an error, a layout glitch, a page that does not work as it should. Such letters are always read.
Purchases and downloads
If a payment or a download went wrong, I will put it right. Please give the e-mail used at checkout and your order number or PayPal transaction ID. Receipt links stay valid for eight days, and each file can be downloaded eight times.
